Paste a link from YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, or almost any web page — if it has a cover image, this tool finds it in the highest resolution available.
This tool reads the public metadata a video platform already exposes for its own preview cards, then shows you the largest version so you can save it directly. No account, browser extension, or paid subscription is required. Everything runs client-side in your browser tab.
YouTube is fully supported: the tool checks the maxresdefault (1280x720), then automatically steps down through sddefault, hqdefault, and mqdefault if a higher resolution was never generated for that video, so you always get the best version that actually exists.
TikTok, Pinterest, and general web pages are handled through the same universal cover-image lookup: the tool reads the public preview image that the page itself publishes for link previews, so any public page that has one — a TikTok clip, a Pinterest pin, a blog post, a product page — can usually be resolved.
Instagram and Facebook only expose thumbnail data for public posts, and both platforms actively restrict automated access to protect user privacy. This tool will attempt to read the public preview image for public, non-login-gated posts, but private accounts, age-restricted videos, and Stories cannot be retrieved — that is a platform-level restriction, not a bug.
Your pasted link is processed only for this session. Nothing is logged to a server-side database.
Works entirely in the browser tab you already have open — desktop or mobile.
Automatically falls back to the next-best resolution instead of failing outright.
We remind users that thumbnails belong to their original creators and platforms.
